Our Daily Bread Dining Room of MOT

Our Daily Bread Dining Room of MOT, Inc. is currently in search of an Administrative Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Soup Kitchen. Our Daily Bread (ODB) is the only Soup Kitchen in the MOT Region. We serve over 40,000 meals a year to our neighbors struggling with food insecurity. The success of the program relies on the dedication of over 250 volunteers who contribute their time to a variety of important tasks, including planning, shopping, safe meal preparation, serving, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will perform a coordinating and integrative function ensuring volunteers and operations are aligned with the organization’s mission and the Board of Directors' strategic vision for the future ODB. 

The ideal candidate is a flexible professional with a high level of initiative and proactive mindset. Experience working in the food service industry or nonprofit services would be advantageous. Prospective candidates must demonstrate the capacity for strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work comfortably leading volunteers and guests, while collaborating with an active, working Board of Directors.
