On the festive Friday evening before Christmas, the Appoquinimink High School Lacrosse team, along with their dedicated coaches and supportive parents, brought warmth and generosity to Our Daily Bread. The team enthusiastically participated in bagging up the to-go meals, efficiently distributing them out the back door with smiles that echoed the holiday spirit. Inside the dining room, they went above and beyond, not only serving dinner with grace and kindness but also crafting thoughtful side bags to accompany the meals.
