ABOUT US

  • Non-Profit Corporation formed in 2012 as Our Daily Bread Dining Room of MOT, Inc. 

  • Serving meals at the Dale United Methodist Church on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month from 2012 through June 2016

  • Serving 30 to 40 guests per meal while at Dale United Methodist Church.

  • Providing meals with generous donations from local churches and businesses

  • Served by dedicated volunteers with love and generosity.

  • In 2015, the former New Castle County Health Building was leased from the Town of Middletown

  • Grant and donation funds were used to renovate the building and create a Commercial Kitchen and Dining Room

  • Completed in September 2016, the First Meal was served in new building on September 12, 2016

  • We are serving 7 meals a week. Dinner: Monday through Friday from 5 to 6pm Lunch:Tuesday & Thursday from Noon to 1pm

  • Food is available 24/7 from the Community Refrigerator 

  • We are welcoming Church Groups, Restaurants, Civic Groups and Other concerned citizens and neighbors to prepare and serve meals.​
