Food Bank of Delaware - Fighting Hunger Today and Tomorrow!

On Tuesday August 8, many of us had the privilege and pleasure of listening to a presentation from Cathy Kanefsky, the CEO of the Food Bank of Delaware. Food Bank of Delaware (fbd.org). Cathy discussed the life experiences that has brought her to this important mission. She also discussed the future direction of the Food Bank and some of the things they are planning in the near future, especially their new and expanded site in Milford. The Food Bank has been a crucial partner for ODB this past year and has provided food to help stock our pantry shelves every other week. They have really helped to keep us afloat as both the community need and the cost of food accelerated. We are grateful for all their help.
