Eagle Scout Project - Connects Our Daily Bread and Family Help House

Eagle Scout Candidate Ben Shackelford organized Boy Scout Troop 283 on September 9th to build a gate, assemble shelving units and build picnic tables at Our Daily Bread Dining Room. The gate connects the Family Help Housing Unit located on Lake Street with the parking lot of Our Daily Bread Dining Room for convenient access. Picnic tables were built and placed in the back yard of the Family Help Housing Unit for use by the residents. Ben also collected donations to support Our Daily Bread Dining Room with needed shelving units for the kitchen and wash ware room. Many Thanks go out to Ben for his leadership and the work of Troop 283!!!
